We ensure that our users have best experience while they purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the learner will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 15 working days post intimation by the learner and approval from Support team.
For Self Learning:
Kindly raise refund request within 15 days of purchase of course. Refund guarantee is void if the learner has accessed more than 20% content or downloaded the study materials.
For Instructor Led Training:
Kindly raise refund request within 15 days of commencement of the first batch you have selected to attend. Refund is void if the learner has accessed more than 20% course content of an e-learning course or has attended LVC/received recordings for at least one class.In such cases, batch shift is possible.
Also, in case a learner downloads the E-Book/content of the course the refund guarantee will be void.
Cancellation & Refunds: LVC Training
Ijona Services, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event (webinar/class), or change the location of a training because of enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (natural calamities, political instability, etc)
- In case Ijona Services cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the learners , in case same event is not postponed and conducted on another date by Ijona.
- If a cancellation is done by a learner 15 days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the learner.
- If a cancellation is done by a learner within 15 days (or less) of the commencement of first class, no refunds will be made.
